Enroll in Fuelman Maintenance and you’ll be eligible for special pricing on services and discounts on products like tires. Fuelman Maintenance is included with Pro5 and Enterprise6 plans; customers on Basic7 plans can add Fuelman Maintenance for a small monthly fee.8
Rebates, when applicable, are paid in the form of a statement credit. Invoices must be paid in full before statement credits will be issued.9
Basic7, Pro5, and Enterprise6 accounts earn points for eligible fuel gallons purchased with Fuelman Fuel Cards. Points can be redeemed through your online portal under the Rewards tab. Accounts enrolled in the DRIVEN for FUELMAN® Rewards Program can redeem points for travel, gift cards, and merchandise.

One of the benefits of a business fuel card is the opportunity to secure the terms that are right for your business. At Fuelman we individually review each customer’s situation to determine appropriate spend limits and terms.
Credit lines and spending parameters are individually established for each account.
To dispute any transaction on your Statement, you must notify us in writing within fifteen (15) days of the date of your statement. Notice should be submitted via the online account management system, or via written notice sent to:

Your written notice must include the following information: name; account number; date of the statement; dollar amount, and identification of the transaction(s) in question; and any possible explanation of the error. You may pay online, by phone, or with a valid check mailed to the address on your statement. Fuelman also offers convenient autopay arrangements.

Depending on your product, for example, fees may include program fees, extended network pricing, and late payment fees. Any fees for a product are found in the product Client Agreement/ Fuelman Terms and Conditions.
